Broads Ventures Limited brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted connection to the Broads. The new leadership team shares our commitment to delivering outstanding Broads experiences and are aligned with our values and ethos.
At the helm is Greg Munford, who also serves as CEO at Richardson Leisure Limited and has held leadership roles as Chairman of National Boat Shows, Southampton International Boat Show, President of British Marine, Chairman of Visit the Broads along with an 8 year Secretary of State appointment with the Broads Authority underlining his long-standing dedication to this unique and cherished region.
Joining Greg is Paul Richardson Chairman of Richardsons Leisure Limited, who brings over 34 years of operational and strategic experience in marina-based tourism. Paul’s strong family values and deep industry knowledge have played a vital role in the growth and resilience of one of the UK’s most respected leisure companies.
