Our team of boatbuilders and marine engineers are progressing well with the first of two new luxury two-birth cruisers – named Fair Consort – which will be available to hire in 2020. We thought that you might like a sneaky peak behind the scenes.
The Fair Consort will join our Premier Fleet of cruisers to provide the ultimate, spacious living accommodation for a couple. Anyone who has enjoyed a holiday on Fair Prince will love the Fair Consort as the boat has a similar layout to the Prince but will be finished to an even higher standard. It will also feature a next generation engine and electric anchor winch.
Like the Fair Prince the Consort will have a double bedroom with an en-suite full height shower unit in the stern of the boat. There will be a central saloon with an electrically operated siding canopy and a separate dining room with a galley in the bow of the boat. The boat will also feature a central steering position with bow thruster assistance.
As these pictures show the structure of the first boat has been almost finished and the next step will be to fit the windows, worktops, shower room, lighting and roof panels. The final job will be to add the curtains and haberdashery to give the Fair Consort an extra special feel.
